I have a general product question regarding an item on SHOP ADL. Who can I contact?

How soon will my order be processed and how will I know when it has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping notice via e-mail when your order has left the warehouse. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday.  Most in-stock orders ship within 3-4 days business days of being placed.  

How can I track my order?

When your package has shipped, you will receive confirmation via e-mail that also contains tracking information from the appropriate carrier. 

There is a problem with my shipment and / or my order never arrived - what should I do?

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us with all the relevant information including order # and issue.  Email ADL@crookedmonkey.com.

Do you accept exchanges, returns or refunds?

If you did not receive the actual item you ordered (i.e., wrong size, item, etc.) or if it was damaged, please send an email with your order #, a description of the issue, and a photo (if possible) to ADL@crookedmonkey.com and we will send out a replacement at no cost to you.  To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
